Join us on Thursday 24 October 2022 at 8pm on Zoom as we pray for events and courses planned by Baptist Women for 2024/25, praise God for His goodness and mercy and study His Word together with Courtney Doctor.
Courtney Doctor is an author, Bible teacher, frequent conference and retreat speaker, and periodic blogger. She has written several books and Bible studies including From Garden to Glory: How Understanding God's Story Changes Yours (2024); Steadfast: A Devotional Bible Study on the Book of James (2019); and In View of God's Mercies: The Gift of the Gospel in Romans (2022). She currently serves as the Director of Women's Initiatives for The Gospel Coalition. Her greatest desire in all of this is to be able to faithfully study, apply, and teach the word of God and help others to do the same.
Prayer, Praise and Promises is an event for women of all ages – you can join us from the comfort of your own home or why not gather a few friends together or meet as a group in your church for some fellowship and Bible teaching. Only one registration is required per group but we would suggest that all those attending make a donation of £5 towards the work of Baptist Women - contact gail@thebaptistcentre.org for details of where to send donations.
